Legacy Learning Center Uniform Policy

At Legacy Learning Center, we believe that school uniform encourages a culture of discipline & modesty. By removing many of the distractions and connotations associated with various types of clothing, a mandatory school uniform policy will provide a more secure school environment, promote a disciplined atmosphere, and increase learning opportunities for students.

All students (1st -12th grade) are required to wear uniforms when they attended Legacy school. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children wear the designated school uniform described below.

•   Uniform may NOT contain any characters or logos

•   Sweaters/ Jackets/ Cardigan: Navy blue, black, or Gray.

•   Abayas must be plain no glitter, no design and must be loose.

•   Hats and hoodies are not permitted in school.

•   Hijabs should be clean and worn neatly/properly

•   No jeans or tights pants

•   No open toe shoes or sandals are allowed

  Pre-K & Kindergarten: Boys & Girls

 Not required to wear uniform but must wear comfortable tennis shoes/sneakers to ensure proper safety during playtime/Recess.

ELEMENTARY, 1st to 5th Grade

Boys:

•   Shirt- Red/Burgundy

•   Pants- Khaki, Black, or Navy Blue

  •   Shoes: comfortable sneakers/ tennis shoes no slippers or open toe shoes

  •   Socks: Must wear clean socks to school every day

    ELEMENTARY, 1st to 5th Grade

    Girls:

     Jumper: Burgundy

  •   Shirt: White shirt underneath

  •   Hijab: White one piece or two pieces hijab but must be slip-on

  •   Pants: Black, Navy, or Khaki. Must be loose and no tights

    MIDDLE SCHOOL 6TH TO 8TH Grade

    Boys:

  •   Shirt: Plain Navy-Blue Polo shirt

  •   Pants: Khaki, Black, or Navy Blue

  •   Shoes: comfortable tennis shoes/sneakers. No open toe shoes are

    allowed.

  •   Socks: Wear Clean Socks Everyday

    Girls:

  •   Abaya: Navy Blue Abaya

  •   Hijab: Plain Light Blue (no design or glitter)

  •   Pants: any pants underneath are allowed accept jeans and pajama

    pants.

  •   Shoes: comfortable closed toe shoes (sneakers/tennis shoes),

    NO sandals or heals

  •   Socks: Wear Clean Socks Everyday

  HIGH SCHOOL 9TH TO 12 GRADE:

         Boys:

  •   Shirt: Plain Black Polo Shirt

  •   Pants: Khaki or Black

  •   Shoes: comfortable tennis shoes/sneakers. No open toe shoes are

    allowed.

  •   Socks: Wear Clean Socks Everyday

    Girls:

  •   Abaya: Navy Blue or Black Abaya

  •   Hijab: Navy Blue or Black (no design or glitter)

  •   Pants: any pants underneath are allowed accept jeans and pajama

    pants.

  •   Shoes: comfortable closed toe shoes (sneakers/tennis shoes),

    NO sandals or heals

  •   Socks: Wear Clean Socks Every day.
