Elizabeth Adams

My name is Elizabeth Adams. I grew up in northwest Indiana with my parents and older brother. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher. Marian University provided me with a solid foundation in teaching and learning. After earning my degree in elementary education I began my teaching career at a Goddard School teaching Pre-K for two years. Then, I taught at St. Michael for the next seven. While there I taught first grade, third grade, and RtI. Next up I decided to try IPS. I taught both second and third grade. I enjoyed my journey there but felt God calling me back to the private schools. I then moved into what I consider the best of both worlds, Title 1. This is my 3rd year in Title 1. My passion is helping struggling students to grow in knowledge and confidence in their abilities. I’m here to help Legacy students, so if there is anything I can do to better service the students at Legacy Learning Center please let me know.
